  We met Mike when looking for our first home. He was actually representing the seller at one of the properties we were viewing. After speaking with him, however, we were so impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail during the showing we asked him to represent us as a buyer's agent in our search. We described our preferred home to Mike and he let us know what we could expect from the local market. He knew details about homes/neighborhoods that weren't found on the web, giving us confidence that we would find exactly what we needed and not just a property that matched the major metrics. Mike's skill and work ethic truly shined when we finally did spot the home we wanted. Our offer was not only swift, but also carefully drafted, including things (that we believe) got ours to the top of the seller's pile. If there was a change required, Mike would draft the addendum quickly (often at odd hours) and have it in the inbox ready for electronic signature. We always felt like we were good to go and waiting for the other side to catch up. His experience in negotiation was evident, always keeping our best interest a top priority while also letting us know what it would take to make the deal work. Working with Mike was a force multiplier, as he also put us in touch with true professionals for other aspects of the home buying process. We took his recommendations for a loan officer and home inspector and were not disappointed. They brought the same level of knowledge and responsiveness, making us believe we had a team working on our behalf. Buying a home with Mike was an outstanding experience! We would not hesitate to refer him to friends and family.
